• Dr Charles Inman – Mb Ch.B Bristol 1994, MRCGP, MRCP, DFFP
  Is our Senior GP Partner, having joined the practice in 2005; he has particular interests in diabetes, dermatology and minor injuries. He runs a regular minor surgery clinic here at the surgery. He is married to a local GP in Cheltenham.
• Dr Tracy Jackson – MB Ch. B Manchester 1999, DCH, DPD, MRCGP, DRCOG
  Dr Tracy Jackson is a GP Partner. Her clinic days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  Dr Jackson is a GP Appraiser and Trainer and often supervises GP Registrars and Physician Associate Trainees. Dr Jackson is the surgery lead for dementia, learning disabilities, obesity & cancer. She is also training lead as well as practice health and wellbeing lead. She also performs minor surgery.
  Dr Jackson lives locally and with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys gardening, running, cycling and plays dreadful tennis!
• Dr Michael Kilshaw – B.Sc Hons, MBBS London 2003, MRCS, MRCGP
  Dr Michael Kilshaw joined the practice in 2014 and became a GP Partner in 2019. He is a GP Trainer supervising GP Registrars. He is the Deputy Clinical Director for our Primary Care Network and is a Training Programme Director for the Gloucestershire GP Training Scheme. Dr Kilshaw’s clinic days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. He is the practice lead for cardiovascular medicine, IT, dispensary, adult safeguarding, urology, orthopaedics and COVID-19. Dr Kilshaw previously trained in surgical specialities and has a particular interest in men’s health and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Dr Elizabeth Crowther – MRCGP, MRCP, DFF
  Dr Crowther studied at University College London before moving to Gloucestershire and became a GP Partner in 2021. Her clinic days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and in-between Dr Crowther looks after her young children and is renovating her house. She has volunteered in Africa and describes herself as being generally interested in all bits of medicine! She likes running, cross fit and gardening.

• Dr Claire Etheridge – BSc, MBBS London 2011, MRCGP, DFSRH
  Dr Claire Etheridge is a salaried doctor. Her clinic days are Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
  Dr Etheridge lives in Cheltenham with her husband and young children.
• Dr Molly Byham – BM BS BMedSci MRCGP DRCOG DFSRH 
  Dr Byham joined the practice in 2021 and is a salaried doctor. Her clinic days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She lives in Cheltenham with her husband and two children. She has an interest in woman’s health and fits coils and implants.
• Dr Jennifer Hope – MB ChB 2008 University of Liverpool
  Dr Hope joined the practice in 2023 and is a salaried doctor. Her clinic days are Wednesday’s & Fridays

Registrars

A GP Registrar or GP trainee is a qualified doctor who is training to become a GP through a period of working and training in a practice. They will usually have spent at least two years working in a hospital before you see them in a practice and are closely supervised by a more senior GP.
